Rachel Dworkin is an active and directive participant in her clients' journey into recovery.

Nurturing, Strength-Based and Compassionate Therapy

Through your interaction and communication, Rachel will identify what brings you to treatment; be it depression, anxiety, PTSD, a history of abuse, or simply discomfort.

One of the goals will be to determine and articulate where in your life you are struggling – interpersonally, at work, in school, with your family or in your marriage, and develop actionable steps and goals to relieve that distress.

It can be challenging to choose to participate in therapy, and Rachel works to create a safe, honest and productive environment to engage and address the issues that are challenging you.  Rachel's practice is based in Santa Monica, California and she is licensed to practice in California, New York as well via video or phone conference.
